We have been struggling with our puppy when out walking, he pulls like mad. So after looking on K9s website & finding so many different styles of harnesses & collars i phoned Crawleys store & spoke to a lady called Tracey Clarke, very helpful, she asked if i could get into the store today (Friday 10th April 09) so she could take a look & see what might suit our puppy. When we arrived, nothing was to much trouble, she said what had worked for her dog & tried on a Canny Collar & said go for a walk around the shop, straight away i could see a difference. While in the shop we had a few other questions which again was not a problem for her. So, i would like to say a big thank you to Tracey for looking after us & for helping Oscar. Thank You. I had ordered fairly large orders of cat/dog food over the internet some time ago. My order was so badly damaged, mainly I think because the delivery driver just dropped the whole lot on the pathway, (the bottoms dropped out of the cans!!), that I stopped ordering via the intenet. THIS ORDER DID NOT COME FROM K9 CAPERS. Anyway, I thought I would try again, as it really is much more helpful to me to shop via the internet. So I ordered via K9 Capers. When I received my order it was packed extrremely well, and in top condition. It came via Parcel Force, so thanks to the delivery driver as well! I will definately be placing my order via K9 again. Since then I have heard from the customer services department, who have been very helpful in addressing my concerns that I had written about before placing my order. I decided not to wait for a reply before placing my order, this was the same evening as writing to K9 asking about delivery, and as it turned out I didn't need to wait. Outstanding customer service from all I dealt with, expecially Tim White. After a tank was damaged in transit, Tim personally delivered the replacement to make sure it got to us intact.
