I have recently discovered that one of my dogs has a heart problem, and that she is overweight, and by losing weight, she would be putting less strain on her heart. I found myself searching through dog food bags nutritional values, trying to find out exactly what kind is suitable and how much to give her. Not being a nutritionalist, it was a bit overwhelming! I contacted K9Capers to place an order for a bag of senior food that I had *settled on*, not aware of the advice available through this site. I explained the situation and just asked if they might be able to advise. I was told that I can expect a call back from a nutritionalist before I buy a product that I was unsure of.

I recieved a call from Tim, who went through my dogs problems, and talked with me for over an hour in what would be best for her. I am now quite confident with the product he has recommended. These people definately know what they are talking about, and the advice I recieved didn't have a price tag. I dread to think how much it would have cost me if I had taken an hour of the vets time!
